Present writ petition is for issuance of directions to the respondents to consider the case of petitioner and issue utilization certificate of development work and "no objection certificate" to him for contesting the election for the post of Sarpanch, which is scheduled to be held in the month of October, 2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that for this purpose, petitioner has made a representation dated 27.07.2018 (Annexure P1), but that has not been looked into and no action has been taken thereon. Notice of motion.
