(ORAL) Inter alia contends that the petitioner filed an appeal impugning the non-grant of Arms License by the Appellate Authority but notwithstanding Rule No.108 of Arms Rules, 2016, which envisages that the appeal is to be disposed of within a period of 60 days, it has not been heard. 2.
Given the nature of order being passed, there is no necessity to seek return by any of the respondents, therefore no notice is being issued to the respondents.

Without commenting on the merits of the case, present petition is disposed of with an expectation that the Appellate Authority shall take up the matter, as expeditiously as possible, to dispose of the appeal pending before it, keeping in view the relevant statutory provisions as aforesaid, in accordance with law, subject of course to observing pandemic precautions.
