(ORAL) The present petition has been moved invoking jurisdiction of this Court under Section 482 Cr.P.C. by the petitioners seeking quashing of FIR No.209 dated 21.11.2014, registered for offences punishable under Sections 420/465/467/468/471/447/120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station Dina Nagar, District Gurdaspur and all subsequent proceedings arising thereto on the basis of compromise. 2.

On 1st of August, 2023 the parties were directed to appear before the Trial Court/Duty Magistrate for recording of their statements qua compromise.

Pursuant to order dated 1st of August, 2023 report from JMIC, Gurdaspur, dated 6th of October, 2023 has been received, which is taken on record. As per report, the parties did appear before the concerned Court but their statements could not be recorded as there was no compromise.
