(ORAL) This writ petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India has been filed for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus for directing respondents No.2 to 4 to act within fixed time limit especially in pursuance to the order dated 26.08.2016 (Annexure P-3) passed by respondent No.3 in an application filed under Section 14 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 for possession of secured assets/mortgaged property.

Learned counsel for the State has produced the documents to show that possession of H. No.2344, Sector 9, Urban Estate, Faridabad, measuring 258.33 sq. yards, in the name of Sh. Sunil Kumar Garg, as well as industrial plot No.43, Industrial Area, Sector 58, Faridabad, has been taken and handed over to the bank. In respect of Industrial Plot No.31, measuring 997.70 sq. yards situated at DLF Industrial Estate-2, Village Palla of Faridabad, same has been released to the borrower. Photocopies of the said documents are taken on record.
