Present writ petition is for issuance of directions to the respondents to take appropriate legal action against respondent No.6-Rakesh Kumar, Sarpanch, Gram Panchayat of village Jeetapura, Tehsil & District Rewari.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that there was allegation of cutting of 12 trees from the cremation grounds by respondent No.6-Sarpanch illegally and the matter was inquired into at the level of Divisional Forest Officer, Rewari Forest Division, Rewari and on the basis of his report (Annexure P1), no action is being take by respondent No.4Block Development and Panchayat Officer, Rewari against respondent No.6. Notice of motion.
