Mr. Charanjit Singh Bakhshi, Addl. A.G., Haryana. **** HARSIMRAN SINGH SETHI , J. (ORAL) In the present case, the prayer of the petitioner is for regularization of his services from the year 1999 instead of 07.12.2002. Notice of motion was issued on 03.03.2016.

Even though the reply has been filed but today counsel for the respondents has produced an order dated 12.11.2018 by which the prayer of the petitioner has been accepted by the department itself and the services of the petitioner has been regularized w.e.f. 1999 instead of 2002.

Keeping in view the above-said order, counsel for the petitioner states that he does not want to press this petition any more except the request that the order dated 12.11.2018 be implemented and all NARESH KUMAR 2018.12.10 17:00 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh

CWP-4292-2016 -2her service benefits including the pensionary benefits be calculated on the basis of the said order and the monetary benefits for which the petitioner is entitled for should also be released to her at the earliest. In view of the above, the respondents are directed to implement the said order dated 12.11.2018 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order by calculating the monetary benefits for which the petitioner is entitled for and the same shall be released to her within the above said period. Present writ petition stands disposed of.
