Counsel for the State has placed on record the order dated 10.01.2023 passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench, according to which the writ petition was rendered infructuous as it was observed that the structures raised on the phirni land have been demolished. In view of the above, this contempt petition do not survives and is disposed of, accordingly.
