*** Daya Chaudhary, J. (Oral) Learned State counsel submits that the case of the petitioner has been considered and recommended for appointment whereas learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has joined his duties but he is entitled for seniority as well.

Since the case of the petitioner has been considered for appointment and he has joined his duties, nothing survives in the present writ petition.

Disposed of accordingly.

As far as the claim of the petitioner for seniority is concerned, the petitioner is at liberty to make representation to the authorities concerned.
