(Oral) The prayer made in this writ petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, inter alia for quashing the impugned notifications dated 14.08.2008 (Annexure P-3) issued under Section 4 read with Section 17 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 (for brevity 'the Act'), followed by notification dated 30.08.2008 (Annexure P-4) issued under Section 6 of the Act and award dated 27.08.2010 (Annexure P-6), passed by Land Acquisition Collector, Faridabad-respondent No.2. 2.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file a detailed and comprehensive representation before the appropriate authority.

Dismissed as withdrawn. It shall, however, be open to the petitioner to take recourse to the remedies as may be available to him, in accordance with law.
