(Oral) Learned counsel submits that the petitioner was temporarily attached in Sub Division, Karnal vide letter dated 06.05.2016 and now the period of three months had already been completed. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner is seeking transfer back back to Sub Division Gharaunda.

In view of the above factual position, this petition, at this stage is being disposed of without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, by giving a direction to respondents to pass an appropriate orders on the representation dated 18.07.2018 (P-3) filed by the petitioner, in accordance with law.
