***** SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) The instant writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari calling for the records of the respondents concerning the advertisement dated 01.06.2018 (Annexure P-8) and concerning the representation dated 23.10.2012 and 12.09.2018 of the petitioner i.e. Annexure P-7 and Annexure P-11 respectively and after the perusal of the records, the advertisement dated 01.06.2018 i.e. Annexure P-8 for appointment on the part of Purchase Officer with respondent No.4 by way of direct recruitment/appointment be set aside. Learned counsel for respondent Nos. 2 to 4, at the outset, submits that the case of the petitioner has been represented vide letter dated 23.10.2012 (Annexure P-7) in the light of order dated 01.03.2012 in CWP KUSUM 2023.07.26 19:18 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment Punjab & Haryana High Court, CHD

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing survives in the instant petition.

Petition stands disposed of with a direction that BOD/Managing Director shall decide the matter within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and in another one week, appropriate orders, whatsoever passed in accordance with law, be conveyed to the petitioner.

In view of the above, present petition stands disposed of in the above-said terms.
