CRM-M-35876-2024 Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner happens to be the complainant of case FIR (Annexure P-2), wherein the police has presented challan on 01.12.2023 against two accused named in the FIR, however, the Police had mentioned in the challan that the remaining accused are yet to be arrested. He contends that the anticipatory bail filed by one of the accused namely Kiran Kaushik stood dismissed by this Court vide order dated 21.12.2021 (Annexure P-3), however, the accused persons are freely roaming in the area and the police is not taking any action. He further contends that the petitioner had moved representations Annexures P-6 and SANDAL SHARMA 2024.09.13 16:49 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

After considering the respective submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner and the averments made in the petition, without commenting on the merits thereof, the present petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No.2 to consider and dispose of the representation dated 15.04.2024 (Annexure P-7) in accordance with law in an expeditious manner.
