This is the second petition for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.42 dated 06.03.2020 registered under Sections 15/29 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 at Police Station P.S.Sarhali, District Tarn Taran.

The first petition (CRM-M-15311 of 2020) was withdrawn but without prejudice to right of the petitioner to file a fresh petition in the month of November 2020, vide order dated 27.08.2020. Custody certificate dated 05.02.2021 has been filed by the State. Same is taken on record. A copy thereof, has been supplied to the counsel for the petitioner.
