By this petition, filed under the provisions of Section 482 of the Cr.P.C., the petitioners seek issuance of a direction to respondent nos.2 and 3 to take appropriate legal action against respondents no.4 to 17 in terms of the representation dated 10.01.2020, followed by reminders dated 06.05.2020 and 20.09.2020.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners would be satisfied at this stage if a direction is issued to the SSP, Hoshiarpur, to look into the aforesaid representations of the petitioners and to take action thereon as per law.
