Mr. Satish Chaudhary, Advocate, for the petitioner. **** RITU BAHRI, J. (Oral) Petitioner is seeking direction to the respondents authorities to release the subsistence allowance to him.

Petitioner was suspended on 29.01.2015 and till date he has not been served any charge-sheet or show cause notice. Thereafter, the petitioner has issued a legal notice dated 04.12.2015 (Annexure P-2) to the respondents but no decision has been taken thereon. Learned counsel for the petitioner states, that at this stage, the petitioner will be satisfied, if directions are issued to the respondents to decide the legal notice dated 04.12.2015 (Annexure P-2), referred to above. In view of above, without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to decide the legal notice dated 04.12.2015 (Annexure P-2), filed by the petitioner, by passing a speaking order, within a period of three months, in accordance with law.
