Instant petition has been filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, seeking grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.0130, dated 10.09.2021 registered for offence under Sections 452, 323, 354-A, 427, 148 and 149 of IPC, at Police Station Bassi Pathana, District Fatehgarh Sahib (Annexure P-1).

After arguing at some length, counsel for the petitioner seeks and is granted permission to withdraw the present petition. Dismissed as withdrawn.
