Present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, inter alia, for quashing the impugned order dated 06.11.2020 (P-12), whereby representation of the petitioner made against transfer order dated 07.09.2020 (P-1), was rejected.

At the outset, learned Senior Counsel, on instructions, submits that petitioner does not want to pursue the present petition any further; thus the same be disposed off.
