Versus
State of Punjab and others
...Respondents
CORAM: HON'BLE MS. JUSTICE JAISHREE THAKUR
Present:
Mr. M.S. Kang, Advocate, for the petitioner.
**** JAISHREE THAKUR, J. (ORAL) The instant writ petition has been filed seeking to challenge the competence and the jurisdiction of respondent No.1 to hear the revision against the order dated 03.01.2017.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has challenged the order dated 02.02.2017 before this Court arguing that respondent No.1 would not be competent to decide the revision.
I have heard Mr. M.S. Kang, learned counsel for the petitioner and have also perused the order dated 02.02.2017 and reading of the order shows that the authority concerned has heard the arguments on the maintainability of the revision and orders have been reserved for the next date of hearing.
At the present moment, the instant petition is premature since the question of maintainability has yet to be decided. The writ petition stands dismissed as premature. 09.02.2017 (JAISHREE THAKUR) Satyawan JUDGE Whether speaking/reasoned Yes.
