Petitioner has filed this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ in the nature of mandamus for direction to the respondents to grant and release him disability pension benefits Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner has submitted a number of representations to the respondents for redressal of his grievance but no action has been taken on the same so far.

Accordingly, without adverting to the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 2 to dispose of the representation Annexure P-10, moved by the petitioner, expeditiously, preferably within two months from the receipt of certified copy of this order.
