The prayer made in the present petition is for quashing the impugned result dated 14.07.2024, Annexure P-24. 2.

Learned counsel would contend that petitioners had more marks than those, who have been selected under the ESP General Category, with regard to which individual representations shall be submitted by them to the respondent-Commission, which may be directed to be directed in a time bound manner.

At the asking of the Court, Mr. Harish Nain, AAG, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State and on instructions, submits that needful be done within a period of 8 weeks as regards the limited prayer made is concerned.
