(Oral) The grievance of the petitioner in the instant case is that a declaratory petition under Section 13-A of the Punjab Village Common Lands (Regulation) Act, 1961, as applicable to the State of Haryana, filed by him alongwith proforma respondent is pending in the Court of Collector, Kaithal, since the year 2009 and due to the delaying tactics alleged to have been adopted by the contesting respondents, the same has not been adjudicated so far. The petitioner thus seeks a mandamus to direct the Collector's Court to decide the same in a time bound manner.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and considering the nature of relief sought and without expressing any views on merits, however, keeping in view the fact that the afore-stated petition is pending for the last more than six years and since the pleadings and evidence is MOHINDER KUMAR 2016.03.10 11:33 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh
