Learned counsel prays for withdrawal of the present petition to enable the petitioner to file a representation, in terms of Bye Laws No.20 by bringing to notice the order dated 19.02.2024, Annexure P-11, of Civil Surgeon, Bhiwani, whereby it was observed that keeping in view the comments of Medical Officer Incharge, Community Health Centre, Mission, taking a sympathetic view, further course of action be shown for him to rejoin the same may be directed to be decided in a time bound manner. 2.

Learned State counsel has no objection to the limited prayer made and states that in case the petitioner submits a representation within 2 weeks, the same shall be decided within a period of 4 weeks, in accordance with law.
