In a previous round of litigation, the petitioner's second appeal i.e. Regular Second Appeal No. 187 of 2018 is pending in this Court. In the first round, the judgment passed by both the Courts below are against the petitioners. They filed a fresh suit for the grant of permanent injunction. The First Appellate Court, after noticing the findings arrived at in the previous round of litigation, has refused to grant injunction to the petitioners. 2.

Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, no ground is made out to interfere with the impugned order. Hence, the present revision petition is dismissed.
