(Oral) The petitioners' grievance is that the Gram Panchayat of their village has allotted 100 square yards plots to the private-respondents way back on 29.05.2008 contrary to the Government Policy and in violation of the terms and conditions prescribed by the State Government in its Scheme for allotment of plots to the persons living below poverty line. It is not desirable or expedient for this Court to interfere in the allotments made in the year 2008.
