(Oral) The grievance of the petitioners is that their pay be step up at par with the junior i.e respondent No. 9 from the date their junior is getting higher salary/pay along with all consequential benefits. The petitioners have submitted a legal notice dated 25.10.2015 (Annexure P-5) in this regard, but no decision has been taken thereon.

Learned counsel for the petitioners states, that at this stage, the petitioners will be satisfied, if directions are issued to respondents to decide the legal notice, referred to above.
