**** MANJARI NEHRU KAUL, J. (Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C., for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case FIR No. 397, dated 19.09.2020, under Sections 354, 323, 506 read with Section 34 of IPC, 1860 and Section 10 of the POCSO Act, 2012, registered at Police Station City Barnala, District Barnala.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to order dated 24th November, 2020, passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined investigation.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Karamjit Singh, states that the petitioner is no longer required for further interrogation. In view of the above, the petition is allowed and interim order dated 24th November, 2020, is made absolute subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
