SUVIR SEHGAL, J. (Oral) Through the instant second petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No.143 dated 03.09.2020, registered under Section 379 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 (for short "IPC"), however, Sections 411 and 120-B of IPC were added later on, at Police Station Jaitu, District Faridabad.

State counsel upon instructions from ASI Sukhwinder Singh submits that the petitioner stands arrested in FIR No.41 dated 25.03.2021 lodged against him under Section 25 of Arms Act at Police Station Niainwala. According to him, since the petitioner has already been arrested, the present petition has become infructuous.
