(Oral) Since in compliance of the order dated 18.07.2023, a speaking order has been passed noticing the fact that since an FIR under the Essential Commodities Act is pending against the petitioner and therefore, the licence cannot be renewed, counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail the alternative remedy in accordance with law. Ordered accordingly.
