(ORAL) [1] Through the instant petition filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (For short "BNSS"), the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No.30 dated 30.03.2025 under Sections 351(3), 333, 191(3),190,115(2) & 117(2) (added later on) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, registered at Police Station Bapoli, Panipat, Haryana.
[2] Status report filed by learned State counsel is taken on record. [3] Vide order dated 19.06.2025, passed by this Court, the petitioner was released on interim bail and was directed to join investigation.
[4] Learned State counsel has submitted that the petitioner has joined investigation on 25.06.2025 and he is not required for custodial interrogation.
[5] Keeping in view the above facts and circumstances, without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is allowed and the order dated 25.06.2025, granting interim bail to the petitioner, is made absolute, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 482(2) of the BNSS.
