Learned counsel appearing for the respondents-claimants submits that claim was filed under section 163-A of the Act. Same has been allowed strictly in terms of the schedule to the Act. Liability was fastened on the driver as vehicle was not ensured. He further submits that appellant claims that during the pendency of this petition, there has been compromise between the parties. Thus, no cause of action survives in this petition. Matter has been heard at some length. Appellant remains unrepresented. Dismissed for want of prosecution.
