(Oral) The petitioner through the present writ petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, is seeking quashing of order dated 16.08.2012, whereby, respondent No.3 has declined the request of the petitioner for treating the litigation period as zero period in respect of plot No.185, Sector 8, Urban Estate, Karnal and refund of extension fee. 2.
After arguing for sometime, when the Bench was not agreeing with the learned counsel for the petitioner, it was prayed that he may be allowed to withdraw the instant writ petition in order to seek appropriate remedy before the authorities for the relief as claimed in the instant writ petition.
