(Oral) The relief claimed in the present writ petition filed by the petitioner under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, for directing respondent No.1 not to issue Change of Land Use permission to respondent No.2 for setting up Dispensary in Khasra No.57//1, 2, 3, 4, 9/1/1, 10/1, falling in the revenue estate of village Nirjan, Tehsil & District Jind, which is stated to be in possession of the petitioner and is under litigation. 2.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Civil Court by filing a Civil Suit. 3.

Dismissed as withdrawn. It shall, however, be open to the petitioner to take recourse to the remedies as may be available to her, in accordance with law.
