The instant petition under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023, has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.117 dated 01.06.2025, registered under Sections 126(2), 299, 115(2), 351(2), 3(5) of Bharatiya Nayaya Sanhita, 2023, at Police Station City Sunam, District Sangrur.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and his custodial interrogation is no more required in this case.

CRM-M-32607-2025 (O&M) ( 2 ) Investigating Officer further submits that the petitioner is not required by the police for further investigation or custodial interrogation. 4.

In view of the above, without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is allowed and order of interim bail dated 17.06.2025 is hereby made absolute subject to the conditions as provided under Section 482(2) of the BNSS, 2023.
