(Oral) Petitioner is seeking direction to respondent No. 1 and 2 to issue him E-Certificate in view of CBSE-UGC Net result December 2014 (P-1) and revised result declared in January, 2016 (P-2). Petitioner belong to Jat community and when he applied for NET, he was under reservation and when CBSE Exam was conducted, he was in reservation category as well but was not given any clarification whether he was eligible to get E-certificate or not. This E-Certificate would be necessary to enable the petitioner to participate in the selection process of Assistant Professors, vide advertisement dated 16.02.2016.
