Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of directions to respondents No.1 to 3 to proceed further with case FIR No. 21 dated 23.02.2019, registered under Sections 452, 323, 148, 149 & 506 IPC at Police Station Julkan; to arrest respondents No. 4 to 9 and to protect the life, liberty and property of the petitioner and his family members. Learned counsel for respondents No.1 to 3, on instructions from Bhupinder Singh, Assistant Sub Inspector, contended that respondents No.4 to 9 have already been arrested in this case on 13.05.2019 rendering the present petition as infructuous.

In view of above, present petition stands disposed of as having been rendered infructuous. However, the Investigating Agency shall complete the investigation and submit the challan. (Shekher Dhawan) Judge September 02, 2019 "DK"
