The short grievance of the petitioners in this writ petition is that they have filed statutory appeals against the eviction order like Annexure P9, dated 26.03.2015 and their appeals are pending before the Collector, Hisar. They have also applied for grant of stay for which separate applications like Annexure P-11 have been moved. It is their grievance that while stay applications are still pending and presently listed on 05.12.2017, the respondent-authorities have served them with the notices to demolish the construction.
[2] Having heard learned counsel for the petitioners and keeping in view the nature of relief sought in the writ petition, but without expressing any views on the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Collector to decide the stay applications filed by the Meenu 2017.11.10 15:45 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document chandigarh petitioners preferably on the date fixed, i.e. 05.12.2017 or within one month
