(ORAL) Petition herein, inter-alia, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari seeking quashing of order dated 12.07.2021 (Annexure P-2) passed by respondent No.5. He alleges that he has been unlawfully relieved from the present place of posting and directed to join his original place of posting.

After hearing arguments, when this Court showed its disinclination to interfere, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to seek appropriate alternative remedy, as may be available to the petitioner under the law. 3.
