The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No.148 dated 14.07.2020 registered under Sections 7 and 10 of the Haryana Development & Regulation of Urban Areas Act, 1975 at Police Station Cheeka, District Kaithal. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at this he would be satisfied if the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the Investigating Officer to consider the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner in the legal notice dated 16.10.2020 (Annexure P-7) before filing of the report under Section 173 Cr.P.C.

Learned State counsel has no objection if the above prayer is accepted.
