(Oral) The petitioner is seeking issuance of writ in the nature of certiorari for setting aside the impugned order dated 18.10.2011 (P-3) passed by respondent No. 4, in terms of judgment dated 12.09.2014 (P8) passed by this Court in CWP No. 16074 of 2013 vide which discharge order of even date 18.10.2011 qua similarly situated employee arising out of same incident has been set aside and further for setting aside order dated 29.12.2011, rejecting the appeal of the petitioner filed against order dated 18.10.2011.

The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner has submitted representation/appeal dated 04.01.2012 to respondent No 2, which is still pending despite reminder dated 13.09.2015 has also been GAURAV ARORA 2016.01.15 13:32 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Learned counsel for the petitioner states, that at this stage, the petitioner will be satisfied, if directions are issued to respondent No. 2 to decide the representation/appeal, referred to above. In view of above, without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 2 to dispose of the representation/appeal dated 04.01.2012 (P-6) of the petitioner by passing a speaking order expeditiously, in accordance with law, preferably, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
