(Oral) The grievance of the petitioners before this Court is that the petitioners were transferred to Government Hospital, Charkhi Dadri in the months of May and June, 2018 and they have joined their respective posts and are regularly working but the petitioners have not received salaries since the date of joining in Government Hospital, Charkhi Dadri. In this regard, petitioner has given a detailed legal notice dated 16.08.2018 (P-3) but till date no action has been taken. Without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to decide the legal notice dated 16.08.2018 (P-3) of the petitioner and pass appropriate order, in accordance with rules, within a period of four weeks' from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
