**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) Petitioners are seeking direction to the respondents to absorb them on regular basis on the post of Instructor in view of order dated 21.01.2013 (P-4) passed in SLP No. 5230-31 of 2009 and 16389-16415 of 2009 and 18074-18094.

The petitioners were appointed on contract basis as Instructor and their services were regularized as per policy dated 18.06.2014. Learned counsel argued that the petitioners are now seeking that their services be regularized, in view of order dated 21.01.2013 (P-4) passed in SLP No. 5230-31 of 2009 and 16389-16415 of 2009 and 18074-18094. This argument is liable to be rejected as the petitioners were not a party in the above mentioned SLP's and further this Court cannot give direction to the respondents to change the date of regularization, as the policy dated 18.06.2014 has already been quashed by this Court in CWP No. 17206 of 2014 titled Yogesh Tyagi and another V/s. State of Haryana and others, decided on 31.05.2018.

No merits.
