(3) of the East Punjab Holdings (Consolidation and Prevention of Fragmentation) Act, 1948.
The above-stated order is appealable/revisable by the Superior Authority under Section 42 of the 1948 Act. The petitioner can avail the aforesaid remedy and while availing the same, he would be entitled to plead before that Appellate/Revisional Authority that mandate of Civil Court in his favour deserves to be given full effect.
