(ORAL) Learned counsel for respondent No.4-State, on instructions from ASI Daljeet Singh, Police Station Pasiana, District Patiala, and also referring to para 2 of preliminary submissions of the written statement filed on behalf of respondent No.4, submits that respondent No.4 has no objection in case passport of the petitioner is released by respondents No.1 to 3.

Faced with the above, learned counsel for respondents No. 1 to 3 also fairly states that in view of the abovesaid statement made by learned counsel for respondent No.4, passport shall be released in favour of the petitioner within a period of four weeks from today.
