As per which, petitioner has joined the investigation, in compliance of the order dated 03.08.2023 and is no longer required for further investigation. In view of the aforesaid, the order dated 03.08.2023, whereby the petitioner was granted interim anticipatory bail in case FIR No.53, dated 12.02.2023, under Sections 325, 323, 506 of IPC (Sections 186, 323, 333, 353 IPC added alter on vide G.D. No.25, dated 13.07.2023), registered at Police Station City Moga, District Moga, is hereby made absolute. However, he shall continue to join investigation, if and so required by the Investigating Officer.
