Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and while refraining from making any expression as regards merits of the case or as regards the veracity of averments made in the petition, the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2-Superintendent of Police, Karnal to look into the matter and to dispose off the representation 6.10.2021 (Annexure P-4) expeditiously in accordance with law. In case, the allegations levelled therein are found to be well founded then necessary steps warranted under law be taken thereupon at the earliest.

A copy of this order alongwith copy of representation dated 6.10.2021 (Annexure P-4) be sent to respondent No.2-Superintendent of Police, Karnal for necessary compliance.
