(Oral) The precise grievance of the petitioner in the present case is that he be temporarily shifted from his present place of posting i.e Government Post Graduate college, Sadar Bazar, Ambala to Government Post Graduate college, Panchkula, as the petitioner is an eminent scholar and researcher in the filed of climate change and Natural Disasters Management and Sustainable Development and has acquired various National and International Accrediations from Renowned Organizations. The petitioner is the organising the International Conference at Panchkula at Government Post Graduate College and thus he has to visit Panchkula frequently for the same. The petitioner has also joined his new place of posting at Ambala on 24.05.2018.

In this regard, the petitioner has given detailed representation dated 12.06.2018 but no action has been taken till date. Issue notice of motion.
