(ORAL) In the present writ petition, the prayer which is being made by the petitioner is that he should be granted the benefit of selection grade of `7500-12000 w.e.f. 01.01.1996 instead of 01.08.2000, which is granted to 20% of the cadre posts of School Lecturer. In the body of the present writ petition, no detail has been given by the petitioner as to how he is entitled for the said benefit from 01.01.1996 as no seniority list has been attached to prove that he was within 20% of the cadre posts of School Lecturer so as to make him entitled for the grant of selection grade of `7500-12000 w.e.f. 01.01.1996 instead of 01.08.2000, as being prayed in the present writ petition.

Faced with the situation, counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file a fresh one on the same cause of action with better particulars, as detailed above.
