(ORAL) Through present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India prayer has been made for directing respondents No.1 to 4 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner from the hands of respondents No.5 to 9.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at this stage he would be satisfied if the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 - Senior Superintendent of Police, Moga, District Moga, to look into and take action on the issues raised by the petitioner in his representation dated 30.07.2022 (Annexure P-1). I find the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner to be reasonable.
Accordingly, at this stage, without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to RAVINDER SINGH 2022.09.02 14:00 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment
