(Oral) The petitioner has approached this Court under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the impugned action of the respondents vide which the reference has not been sent to the competent court of law. 2.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that Annexure P-9 alleged application seeking reference is not comprehensive and therefore, he may be allowed to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to supplement Annexure P-9 by filing an additional application giving detailed and comprehensive facts before the appropriate authority.

Dismissed as withdrawn. It shall, however, be open to the petitioner to take recourse to the remedies available to him in accordance with law.
