By way of present petition filed under Section 482 CrPC, prayer has been filed for issuance of directions to respondents to handover the investigation of case bearing FIR No.133 dated 11.03.2020 under Section 302/34 at P.S. Pataudi District Gurugram to an independent Investigating Agency.

Learned State counsel while referring to the latest status report dated 23.04.2023-24.04.2023 submits that in pursuance to final report submitted by Investigating Agency before Illaqa Magistrate, the present petitioner has even filed her protest petition and the evidence of complainant i.e. the petitioner already stands concluded in part. 3.
In view of the aforesaid, learned counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner does not want to press this present petition so as to avail his remedies in accordance with law which is already sub judice before Illaqa Magistrate.

Dismissed as being not pressed.
